Overview

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, refund or exchange eligibility may no longer apply. To complete a return, proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Please note that we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-returnable Items

Health and beauty products: These items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Please carefully consider your purchase of these items, as we take your satisfaction seriously.

Return Conditions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the goods, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The product must remain in its original packaging and contain all parts and components, as it was received.
  • Normal handling is expected; breakage caused by careless handling is excluded.
  • Hygienic products must be cleaned thoroughly before the return process begins.
  • Defective products must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  • We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs for returns.
  • Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate your return, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to: support@edwardrose-boston.com
  • Ensure the email contains the following:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photo of the product (if damaged)
    • Your full name
    • Your shipping address
  • Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send returns to the original sender’s address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy (before shipment)

Orders are processed shortly after being placed.

If your order has not yet entered processing, cancellation may still be possible. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Right of Cancellation (after delivery)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

The withdrawal process is considered complete once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Record for Shipments in Transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may vary, and delays are beyond our control. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive your goods before returning them to us. You can notify us about your cancellation in advance for quicker processing.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you decide to withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges (including additional costs from non-standard shipping options), without delay, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notification and the returned goods.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged for the refund.
